Blue Sea BS 7620 ML ACR 500A Automatic Charging Relay with Magnetic Latch (bi-stable relay) automatically combines batteries during charging and isolates batteries when discharging and starting the engine.

KEY FEATURES

  • Includes the Contura switch remote control of the ML-Series Contura Switch PN 2146
  • Automatically manages the charging of two large battery banks
  • Allows parallel connection of battery banks for emergency start
  • 500 Ampere continuous current capacity to support high-performance alternators
  • Magnetic Latch (ML)-ACR consumes very little current (<40mA for monitoring terminal voltage) in "ON" or "OFF" operating states and consumes only low current for a very short time during state changes.
  • Dual sensing charge on both battery banks
  • Start Isolation (SI) - can be configured for temporary isolation of loads from the engine circuit to protect sensitive electronics.
  • Engine Isolation (EI) - can be configured to isolate two engines while both are running to protect engine electronics and maximize alternator performance
  • LED output for remote indication when batteries are combined, isolated, connected with voltage lock, or during start or engine disconnection.
  • 3/8"-16 tinned studs for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance
  • 7/8" (22mm) stud length for multiple cable connections
  • Silver alloy contacts provide high reliability in switching under voltage
  • Label recesses for circuit identification
