Terms and Conditions
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
- The offers on the internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods.
- You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. During the order process, you enter your data and preferences regarding payment method, delivery modalities, etc. Only by clicking the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. However, you can also place a binding order by phone or fax.
- A purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the ordered product to you and confirm the shipment to you with a second email or a message in your customer account (shipping confirmation). For telephone orders, the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g., type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the general terms and conditions, but you can also access them at any time after the contract has been concluded via our website.
As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer login area (Your Account).
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order by using the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options during the ordering process. You can also completely terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
The purchased item remains our property until full payment.
Our goods are subject to statutory warranty rights.
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not concern essential contractual duties, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. Essential contractual duties include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the item to you and to transfer ownership of it to you. Furthermore, we must provide you with the item free from material defects and defects of title.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office, if you are a merchant.
§9 Alternative Dispute Resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS)
which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not prepared to participate
in out-of-court arbitration proceedings.
